My son who lived in Tuscon and died there needed to be sent home. We needed to get his remains to us in Pennsylvania. I sent an e-mail to approximately ten funeral homes in the Tuscon area explaining the situation and need and asked for one flat all inclusive price including taxes, fees, etc. Mike was not only the first to respond but his price was nearly 40% less than the nearest competitor. When Dad passed away just two days before my brother arrived from Georgia to say goodbye, you graciously held Dad and prepared him for viewing so my brother could still have a final goodbye and closure. And what a professional job you did. It took courage to bring my brother to your funeral home to view Dad for the last time. I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find what a wonderful job you and your staff did with Dad. He looked very content and peaceful. It was an amazing transformation from the time I viewed his body upon his death just two days earlier. Your facility was not obligated to provide this service and it was totally unexpected. I appreciate your compassion and professionalism. In additional to all that, you also arranged to have Dad’s ashes transferred to his final resting place at East Lawn Cemetery. You and your staff went over the top when it comes to kindness, service and consideration.
